1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tjbaji platform, including the website at tjbaji.pro, all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, casino games, sports betting services, crash games, and any other services offered under the tjbaji brand (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

tjbaji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an on-site notification. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Access to the tjbaji Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended tjbaji account.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or agent of tjbaji or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you a close family member of such a person.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in that account.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. tjbaji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify tjbaji support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. tjbaji may suspend your account as a precautionary measure while any such report is under investigation. You agree not to allow any other person to use your tjbaji account for any purpose whatsoever.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

tjbaji accepts deposits via a range of local and international payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. tjbaji is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network issues outside our control. Funds deposited into a tjbaji account may only be used for gaming activity on the Platform and cannot be transferred to other users.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Your account must have undergone identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements having been met in full.
• tjbaji reserves the right to request supporting documentation (such as a copy of a national ID, passport, or proof of payment method ownership) before releasing funds.
• Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account.
• tjbaji may delay or suspend withdrawal processing in cases where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

tjbaji aims to process approved withdrawals within one business day for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and within three business days for bank transfers. These timelines are targets and may be affected by factors outside tjbaji's control.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, tjbaji may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are governed by the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

General bonus conditions that apply across all tjbaji promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Uncompleted bonus balances will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• tjbaji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, or to modify its terms, at any time prior to the bonus being claimed by a player.
• Any indication of bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, multi-accounting, or irregular betting patterns designed to exploit a promotion — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on tjbaji are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of a bet before confirming it. tjbaji will not reverse or cancel a bet on the grounds that it was placed in error, unless a clear system malfunction can be demonstrated.

tjbaji reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Voided bets will have the relevant stake returned to the player's account balance. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any event on which a bet has been placed, tjbaji's decision — based on available evidence and verified data from official sources — shall be final.

For live and in-play betting, tjbaji endeavours to keep markets available for the duration of qualifying events. However, tjbaji may suspend or close a market at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, data feed interruptions, or an attempt to exploit odds discrepancies.

8. Game Rules and Fairness

All casino games offered on the tjbaji Platform — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and table games — are supplied by licensed third-party game providers. Each game operates on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by its developer and is stated within the game's information panel.

In the event of a technical fault or system malfunction during a game round, the round will be deemed void and any stake placed during that round will be returned to the player's account. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session will not be paid out.

9. Account Verification (KYC)

tjbaji is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage of your relationship with tjbaji:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions being placed on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal requests. tjbaji takes the security and privacy of all submitted documents seriously and handles them in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

The following activities are prohibited on the tjbaji Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential forfeiture of account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's software or security systems
• Opening more than one account, or assisting another person in opening an account to circumvent a ban or restriction
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been reported as stolen or fraudulent
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on funds that have been used for gaming activity on the Platform

tjbaji may terminate any account at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to the registered email address. In the event of termination for a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

11. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

tjbaji strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly and within their means. If you feel that your gambling is no longer enjoyable or is negatively affecting other areas of your life, you are encouraged to make use of the following tools available through your account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session time limits: Restrict the amount of time spent on the Platform in a single session.
• Reality checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been logged in.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account to prevent any further access.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. Once a self-exclusion is active, tjbaji will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account. 12. Intellectual Property

All content on the tjbaji Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game assets, text, software code, and interface designs — is the intellectual property of tjbaji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express written consent of tjbaji.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tjbaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of winnings, or business interruption. tjbaji's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tjbaji does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the tjbaji Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By agreeing to these Terms, you also confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. tjbaji processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection standards and will never sell your personal information to third parties.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to international online gaming operators. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration. tjbaji's decision on all matters relating to betting outcomes, account activity, and bonus eligibility shall be final, subject only to challenge through the formal dispute resolution process described in our support documentation.

Where changes are material, registered players will be notified by email or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
